1. Who sells the product
Developer UI Kit Pro is sold through Gumroad. Gumroad acts as merchant of record: it processes payments, collects applicable taxes, issues receipts and delivers the files. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's terms. This website only describes the product and links to Gumroad's checkout; it does not take payments or store payment details.
2. What you buy
- A license to the Developer UI Kit Pro source code, documentation, example app and screenshots, for the number of developer seats and the update period of the package you choose.
- A one-time payment in US dollars at the price shown at checkout. There is no subscription.
- Immediate digital delivery through Gumroad: a ZIP archive and a PDF license certificate. No physical goods.
3. License
Use of the kit is governed by the Developer UI Kit Pro Commercial License and the certificate for your package.
4. Updates
You are eligible for new versions released within your update period, counted from your purchase date. This is an eligibility window, not a commitment to a number of updates, features or release dates. See how updates work.

6. Warranty and liability
The kit is provided “as is”, as described in sections 7 and 8 of the license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
