In short
- Purchases are generally non-refundable, because the product is downloadable source code that is delivered in full immediately.
- Gumroad sells the kit as merchant of record and may still issue refunds under its own policies and under consumer law that applies to you. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
- If a purchase is fully refunded, or reversed through a chargeback that is not overturned, the license for that purchase ends and copies of the kit must be deleted (license section 10).
